Verified in Satellite 6.5.3.1

This allows newly created custom products to work appropriately.
Any custom products created in the window between the affected date and this version will still see the issue.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/28714 has been resolved.
