This BZ relates to the incorrect usage of message in unrelated SCEP requests like GetCACaps and GetCACert.

There will be no fingerprint(s) if the request for GetCACert fails and the certs were not provided on the command-line.

The fix for this was pulled into RHEL 8 in the 8.1.0 rebase to 0.79.7. Marking as complete.
