Description Pino Toscano 2020-01-13 12:18:19 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1777924 +++

We are splitting virt-p2v in an own source, so the virt-p2v-maker binary will be provided by that.

In addition, the libguestfs-bash-completion binary will need to drop its virt-p2v-related files, as they will be shipped by virt-p2v-maker itself (which will need the proper version of this bug for Obsoletes).

--- Additional comment from Pino Toscano on 2019-12-05 08:52:19 CET ---

OK, time to remove virt-p2v-maker from libguestfs, as virt-p2v is in.

Tested the bug with:
virt-v2v-1.40.2-20.module+el8.2.0+5433+9e1420c8.x86_64
libguestfs-1.40.2-20.module+el8.2.0+5433+9e1420c8.x86_64

Check the package in brewweb:
https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=1056843

1.virt-p2v-maker has dropped from libguestfs package.
2.Check libguestfs-bash-completion, virt-p2v related files(virt-p2v-make-disk,virt-p2v-make-kickstart,virt-p2v-make-kiwi) have been removed.

Based on the above comments, move the bug to VERIFIED.
