Description of problem:
During the post-installation of the RPM package 'sssd-common', several error messages about try-restart of services are reported by dnf.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sssd-common-2.2.2-3.fc31.x86_6

How reproducible:
Can be reproduced repeatedly by using the 'dnf reinstall' command.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $ sudo dnf reinstall sssd-common

Actual results:
Error messages reported during the post-installation stage:
