Description of problem:
When there are more 2 or more plans created, the information displayed in the "Edit" screen is not right

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a plan "plan1" and select a namespace "namespace1"
2. Create a plan "plan2" and select a namespace "namespace2"
3. Edit plan "plan2"

Actual results:
The information displayed when we try to edit "plan2" is the information regarding "plan1", and not the right one.

Expected results:
When we edit "plan2" the information displayed should be that one of "plan2".
