Description of problem:

When deleting bond interface using nmstatectl, might got failure on
deletion failure:

2020-01-15 11:18:48,835 root         ERROR    NM main-loop aborted: Device deletion failed on None: error=nm-device-error-quark: This device is not a software device or is not realized (5)

Got failure
