Description of problem:
The Automation Analytics UI only shows the organization job/task count based on project organization ownership.

There should be job consumer tracking. That is the number of jobs/tasks launched by the user's organization so both organization publishing and organization consumption can be tracked.

An example use case:

Organization 1 creates job templates to maintain services consumed by organizations 2 & 3. Organization 1 might not even run playbooks other than testing developments.

This feature would include a pie chart that collected the number of job launches for users under organization 2 & 3 to track their activity.
