following the recent conversation with Ernesto we need to revisit the haproxy configuration for it to:

- expose the mgr dashboard module on a dedicated network, or ctlplane, like it used to do for grafana
- expose an *internal* vip only, on the storage network, for grafana, prometheus and alertmanager
