Description of problem:
Package libcomps fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

This started happening after gcc was updated to 10.

This blocks the Python 3.9 rebuild.

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f32 libcomps-0.1.14-1.fc32.src.rpm

I created a PR: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/libcomps/pull/67

I ran a successful scratch build https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=41188138 with my changes.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
