Also reproducible with devtoolset-9-strace-5.1-4.el7 on RHEL-7.8-20200122.n.0 ppc64, ppc64le and x86_64.

Description of problem:
Some of the ipc_* tests are occasionally failing on rhel-8.2 gcc-toolset-9-strace-5.1-4.el8. From the testsuite run output:

PASS: ipc_msgbuf-Xverbose.gen.test

PASS: ipc_sem-Xverbose.gen.test
FAIL: ipc_shm.gen.test
FAIL: ipc_shm-Xabbrev.gen.test
PASS: ipc_shm-Xraw.gen.test
FAIL: ipc_shm-Xverbose.gen.test
...

For some reason, it is usually no longer reproducible when trying to rerun the testsuite. On the last testrun, it happened only in aarch64 and x86_64 (it ran successfully in s390x and ppc64le)

1. rpm -ivh gcc-toolset-9-strace-5.1-4.el8.src.rpm
2. rpmbuild -bc ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/strace.spec
3. cd ~/rpmbuild/BUILD/strace-*/
4. chmod u+x tests/*.test tests-m32/*.test tests-mx32/*.test
5. make -k check STRACE=/opt/rh/gcc-toolset-9/root/usr/bin/strace TIMEOUT_DURATION=1500

Actual results:
Occasional failures

Expected results:
No failures
