A tile on the tile view page of OperatorHub contains inconsistent treatments of overflow text. 

- Line 1 of the text fades out to the background color (white).
- Line 2 is truncated with an ellipsis.

See attached screenshot for further details

To Reproduce:

- Visit OperatorHub page
- Search for "Couch" to get the same 2 Operators as contained in the screenshot.
