Please build a python3(6)-GitPython package for EPEL7

The following patch allows the package to both be built

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/GitPython/pull-request/3

however to install the software the following is needed.

python-gitdb - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1795621

GitPython-1.0.1-8.el7, python-gitdb-0.6.4-5.el7, python-smmap-0.9.0-6.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
