Description of problem:
Hi! Last week I was trying to get why my tests wont work on Fedora 30/31/32, and it turned out that there is a bug in libunwind v1.3.x that was fixed only in v1.4-rc1. I filled an issue to backport the fix to v1.3-stable branch: https://github.com/libunwind/libunwind/issues/155 .

For now I worry that few latest Fedora releases have this issue, and it may affect our customers. Fortunately other popular linux distros like Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS still use v1.2.

Is it possible to update libunwind to fix this issue? I see the following options:
1) Build libunwind with HAVE_MINCORE disabled in config.h
2) Build libunwind with https://github.com/libunwind/libunwind/commit/05d814b64036b1ea2f0f328b3a985b03559dcf10
3) ?? downgrade to v1.2

Unfortunately libunwind is updated very rarely, and who knows when v1.4 will be released.
