Description of problem:
host.host_collections is not available in reporting template unless safe mode is disabled.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.6


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add line to Registered hosts report:  "        'Host Collections': host.host_collections,"
2. Run report


Actual results:
Report fails:  undefined method '#host_collections' for Host::Managed::Jail (Host::Managed)
If safe mode disabled, report works as expected


Expected results:
Report works with safe mode enabled

Verified with Sat 6.8 snap 2.1. Used reproducer from OP, the column was added with correct content.
