Description of problem:
1) Add instructions to enable respective repos on respective nodes -
Ref mail thread "Need Help : enabling ceph repos by ceph-ansible for RHCEPH 4.x
This needs to be done 6.1 and 2.4

2) Remove phrase “For bare-metal deployments, “ from 6.1 step 9

3) Remove 6.2 step 3 which will cause failures
If at all all.yml needs to be upgraded, we need to add more information which I thinnk can be taken up in future releases, 

4) Add example for site-docker.yml in 6.2 step 4
(Though user won't be using neither site.yml nor site-docker.yml in this section, it will be helpful to users when they want these playbooks in future.
