Description of problem:
IPA WebUI About window should use commercial name

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ipa-server-4.8.4-4.module+el8.2.0+5591+1f878b19.x86_64

rhel8.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to IPA WebUI
1. Click on login user dropdown menu at top-right corner
2. Click on about

Actual results:
FreeIPA, version: 4.8.4

Expected results:
IPA or something similar to:

ipa ping
-------------------------------------------
IPA server version 4.8.4. API version 2.235
-------------------------------------------

@myusuf Can you check if the issue is fixed and update the BZ? It should already be part of RHEL 8.4

In WebUI at about tab, I can see "IPA, version: 4.9.5". Hence making the bug as verified. Screenshot is attached for reference.
