Description of problem:
Once user upgrade 3.x cluster to 4.x there are two migrations involved
1) ceph-disk to ceph-volume and
2) filestore to bluestore

First one will be done by rolling update playbook and second one will be done by filestore-to-bluestore playbooks
After cluster is migrated (both 1 and 2 (end of upgrade section in installation guide))We need to provide steps to change legacy configs from /usr/share/ceph-ansible and /etc/ansible/hosts without which further operations on upgraded cluster are failing
