xmlStringLenDecodeEntities in parser.c in libxml2 2.9.10 has an infinite loop in a certain end-of-file situation.

Is this fix valid for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6 ?

Hi, the fix of this issue is only valid for RHEL 7.9 and newer versions.
