This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle. Changing version to 32. This appears to be a plain OOM issue while compiling the unit tests in the library. In local mock x86_64, I see one rustc process reaching 4.1GB virtual memory, 3.3GB resident. The i686 build was OK, so some of that memory use must be correlated to pointer size, but i686 has 3GB virtual userspace IIRC, while armv7hl only gets 2GB, so that may be why arm still failed. If there's no clear way how to reduce memory use of those tests, I may just disable %check on 32-bit targets for this package. |
