Ceph Dashboard integration with OSP16/RHCSv4 with HCI is tracked by 1790754

If you are not yet ready to upgrade and require a Ceph UI for OSP13/RHCSv3 with HCI then please file a support exception to use the method described in https://github.com/ceph/cephmetrics-osp/
