Description of problem:
spacewalk-repo-sync downloads packages but does not import them into database

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-backend-tools-2.10.25-1.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. spacewalk-repo-sync -c some_channel
2. look up channel in webUI and check number of included packages
3. rerun spacewalk-repo-sync -c some_channel and it will import the same packages

Actual results:


Expected results:
package info written in database, correct number of packages in webUI,
no reimport of already imported packages

Fixed in spacewalk git by
commit 4d57ba3d465ca1a185ff165f76f61b9c22ca56eb
    1802135 - rpm package spec also have to define multiarch
