Description of problem:
jeepney 0.4.2 is available, but not packaged in F31 yet

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python3-jeepney-0.4-3.fc31.noarch


Additional info:
Please update python3-jeepney to 0.4.2 (or latest) in F31 and newer branches. It is listed as a dependency of python3-keyring 21.1.0, and blocks that.
