Description of problem:
My Redhat Enterprise sever is not booting after the most recent online updates.
I was trying to see if i can do a re-install on the same hard drive.
When i try to upgrade or do a fresh installation i get this error message,

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the Redhat installation
2.Either go with an upgrade or new installation

  

Actual Results:  Instllation stops with error.

Expected Results:  Installation should have been completed succesfully.

Dump file created during failed installation

I was asked to report the error as a bug, and save it on a flopy disket.
This is te file that was copied after the installation stoped.

There appear to be errors on your drive.  I recommend checking your hardware.
