Description of problem:
Install CouchDB on Fedora 31 fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
couchdb-1.7.1-16.fc31.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install couchdb


Actual results:
Last metadata expiration check: 0:11:57 ago on Fri 14 Feb 2020 04:57:18 PM CET.
Error:
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libmozjs185.so.1.0()(64bit) needed by couchdb-1.7.1-16.fc31.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

Expected results:
Normal install of the CouchDB rpm

Additional info:
It seems that the required RPM (js) in only available in Fedora 29.
js-1.8.5-31.fc29.x86_64
A manual download and install of the 'js' RPM is a work-around for the problem.
After that the 'dnf install couchdb' pulls in the remaining dependancies and installs CouchDB nicely.
