Description of problem:

yum update to latest samba build i.e "samba-4.11.6-100" failed with multilib conflict.

Error: Protected multilib versions: libtalloc-2.2.0-8.el7rhgs.x86_64 != libtalloc-2.1.16-1.el7.i686

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a live system with samba ctdb installed
2. create samba latest packages repo & RHEL-7.8 Snapshot-3.1 repo
3. yum update

Actual results:
Fails with multilib conflict

Expected results:
should update successfully

Upgrade is now succeeding with the new libtalloc-2.2.0-9.el7rhgs build. Moving this bug to verified.
