Description of problem:
When accessing Monitor - Tasks - <clicking over a task> - <clicking over "Dynflow console" button>. In that moment, should be interesting open the Dynflow page in a new window instead of the same page.

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Monitor - Tasks
2. Click over any task
3. Click over the button "Dynflow console"

Actual results:
open at the same page, then we lost the current satellite page

Expected results:
open the page in a new window

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/30016 has been resolved.
