Found by Brie Mignano Description of problem: While on a YAML tab, the notification drawer fails to push over content on the screen including the editor, shortcut / sidebar links, and the download button. Resizing the screen fixes the behavior momentarily.

The issue (according to screenshots from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CONSOLE-2109) is not reproduced.
Verified on 4.5.0-0.ci-2020-03-04-223611
