Description of problem: When searching specific strings on the Search page, the page begins to scroll as the filter searches on the list


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.4


How reproducible: sometimes


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the resource Pod from the dropdown
2. Go to filter by name textbox
3. Type in "3" is if searching for 3scale

Actual results: Page scrolls


Expected results: Page should not move as user types

It's re-running the query on every character typed. We should be able to filter w/o re-running the query.

Moving to medium severity since the filter works. It just performs poorly due to re-running the queries.

I have been testing this with the latest code (4.7) and I am unable to reproduce the behavior.  As mention by Sam earlier, the filter bar has changed significantly since this was first opened.  As this problem is original written, I think the issue no longer exists (in current code) and we will not fix it in earlier releases.   Therefore, I will close this.
