Description of problem:

When running systemd command:

# systemd-tmpfiles --create

Error is encountered:
[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/radiusd.conf:1] Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/radiusd → /run/radiusd; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): freeradius-3.0.17-6.module+el8.1.0+3392+9bd8939b.x86_64


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install freeradius
2. Run: systemd-tmpfiles --create


Actual results:

Error Message generated
[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/radiusd.conf:1] Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/radiusd → /run/radiusd; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.


Expected results:  No errors should be generated by command


Additional info: Configuration file for package needs to be updated.
