How reproducible:
Always: the issue is observed each time when trying to install or update a package.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo dnf update
2. sudo dnf install /package name/

Actual results:

Expected results:
Downloaded metatada for repositories.
Additional info:
I wiped whole HDD and tried to reinstall Fedora-WS-Live-32-20200222 but that did not help.
I've done dnf clean metadata, dnf clean all. I disabled Fedora-modular repo. After that metadata are downloaded for Fedora 32 Test Updates and Updates but still not for fedora repository. I've noticed that Gnome software does not show any applications to download.
Also, I've tied to ping mirror servers and they answered.
I uploaded details in attachments. Separate for fedora and fedora-modular 404 error.
It is interesting that this problem does not occur when installing Fedora on a virtual machine.
This looks like a network error of a sort. Isn't for example a proxy involved?
Dnf is not able to download repository metadata from any of the mirrors. To get more detailed information about what exactly has failed, please run the command with -v switch:
# dnf update --refresh -v
And then check the /var/log/dnf.librepo.log file (or upload it here).

Thanks for the reply. Error 404 came up on the weekend. Today, when I launched Fedora, the metadata was downloaded correctly for all the enabled repositories. Problem solved.
I have no idea what could have caused the server not to respond. Maybe it was caused by temporary unavailability or some kind of network failure during the weekend. Anyway, everything seems to be working now.
I'm sorry to bother you unnecessarily, I thought this was a more serious mistake which I won't be able to solve myself. Thank you for your interest and willingness to help. I appreciate that.
