Description of problem:

Click on Monitor -> Config Management load result without filter eventful = true

Second click on "Monitor -> Config Management" url changed to https://satellite.example.com/config_reports?search=eventful+%3D+true
but still filter eventful is not applied


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.7


How reproducible: Always


Actual results: By default, Config report should use filter = eventful 


Expected results: Satellite 6.7 load report with filter enventful = true

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in a month.
