Description of problem:
Not recommend disk type "sata" is used for windows tools by default, it should use a recommend disk type "Virtio".

1. Create a windwos VM and procedure to CD-ROM page.

Actual results:
A not recommend disk type "sata" is added for Windows Tools.

Expected results:
The "Windows Tools" disk type should be "Virtio" as it's recommended.
