Description of problem:

request for update xdg-desktop-portal implemented for Pipewire 0.3

now OBS Studio + Screencast Plugin Wayland depends on it to work properly

Also, while mutter builds successfully against pipewire-0.3 and xdg-desktop-portal builds successfully against 0.2, the result is that mutter is not installable.
