Label overlap

Description of problem:

With the increase to the number of characters shown in labels, the default layout of revisions now have overlap.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a knative service with multiple revisions receiving traffic and view in 

Actual results:

Revisions are shown with overlapping labels

Expected results:

Labels should not overlap

I have validated this bug (ODC-3035) on
