Description of problem: A non-admin users with view recurring_logics permissions are unable to list recurring logics.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.7


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a role with permissions " Satellite tasks/recurring logic" --> view_recurring_logics
2.  Assign this role to any user
3.  Login with the same user account and try to access Monitor -> Recurring Logics
4.  Page is blank

Actual results: Non-admin user is unable to list recurring logic with sufficient permission


Expected results: Should able to see recurring logics

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/29201 has been resolved.
