Description of problem: Text overlap observed on storage -> volumes ->snapshot -> new -> schedule page. For ja_JP, the text overlap is observed when the schedule recurrence is set to monthly. The no end date sting in Japanese overlaps with the calendar. Please refer attached screen-shot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login with ja_JP locale
2. Go to storage -> volumes ->snapshot -> new -> schedule page
3. Select recurrence as monthly and observed the calendar below.

Actual results:
The no end date string overlaps the calendar.

Results:
Everything is correctly aligned and no overlapping occurs.
