Description of problem:

Since a full cluster restart of a cluster with a 4+2 dispersed volume, one specific folder in a tree returns "Input/output error" upon actions on it (attr, stat etc.)

Input/output error upon access of specific directory. (Subfolders are accessible and writeable.)
