When "time" is given as the first command of a fresh invocation of bash, it
crashes with a segmentation fault

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. env - bash
2. time

Actual results:
Segmentation violation of the bash process.

I have only seen it if "time" is the very first command of the new shell.

This is fixed in newer versions of the bash package. Thanks for the report.
