They were removed intentionally, see: https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2333 Please use Fedora for mingw development. Many of the EPEL 7 packages hadn't been updated since 2014 and were full of security bugs and no one had stepped up to do the massive amount of work that would have been required to maintain them. |
