Description DANJEAN 2000-10-02 13:54:24 UTC
I can't compile the kernel 2.2.16-22, the result is :

make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.2.16/arch/i386/math-emu'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.2.16'
scripts/split-include include/linux/autoconf.h include/config
make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/linux-
2.2.16/include/linux/version-up.h', needed by `/usr/src/linux-
2.2.16/include/linux/version.h'. Stop.

I hava also the problem with 2.4.0-26 kernel, but I don't remenber ERRORS
MESSAGE.

Could you please help me to build a wonderfull tuned kernel.

Thanks by advance.

T. DANJEAN

You need to run 'make mrproper' first.
