Description of problem:
When co/openshift-apiserver is not available, co/openshift-apiserver yaml shows one _APIServiceNotAvailable which has unneeded character "_"

1. In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1808779#c1 :
[xxia 2020-03-01 11:34:11 CST my]$ oc get co --no-headers | grep -v "True.*False.*False"

while seeing it is False in Available, checked yaml:
oc get co/openshift-apiserver -o yaml

Found the first line under "reason" has an unneeded character "_"

This bug hasn't had any activity in the last 30 days. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
