Description of problem:
there is scriptlet issue, when install on clean el82

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cups-1:2.2.6-33.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
clean el82, and always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  yum install cups
Running scriptlet: cups-1:2.2.6-33.el8.x86_64                                                                  76/77 
/usr/bin/rm: cannot remove '/var/cache/cups/*.data': No such file or directory

  Installing       : cups-filters-1.20.0-19.el8.x86_64                                                           77/77 
  Running scr

The fix does not need a test IMHO.

Or just redirect message to /dev/null like '> /dev/null 2>&1;' or '&> /dev/null'
