Description of problem: The cancel button on the storage > volumes > geo-replication > new screen is not working. No action happens on pressing the button.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to admin portal
2. Go to storage > volumes > geo-replication > new screen
3. Click on cancel

Actual results:
No action on clicking cancel

Expected results:
on clicking cancel, user should get re-directed to previous screen.

Tested with RHV Version 4.4.0-0.33.master.el8ev wth the following steps:
1. Login to admin portal
2. Go to storage > volumes > geo-replication > new screen
3. Click on cancel

The dialog box got closed successfully
