Could reproduce the same error as 4.3.5 in 4.1.0-0.nightly-2020-03-02-184454

Could access jenkins webconsole with jenkins image from 4.1.0-0.nightly-2020-03-10-164148 payload.
No restart and errors for jenkins pod.
