Description of problem:

For some reason, polkit.service is explicitly enabled as a vendor preset:

/usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/90-default.preset:enable polkit.service
/usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/90-epel.preset:enable polkit.service

This is meaningless since polkit.service unit has no [Install] section.
