Description of problem:
For testing on rel-eng composes on images that now can be created within the bots framework (https://github.com/cockpit-project/bots/pull/465), there are some changes needed in Makefile and vm.install script. The changes are related mainly to how we install the lorax-* packages when preparing the image for lorax-composer testing.
