Description of problem:

problem with installed package minetest-5.1.0-1.module_f31+7240+cacc2d7d.x86_64
  - package minetest-5.1.0-1.fc32.x86_64 requires libjsoncpp.so.21()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - minetest-5.1.0-1.module_f31+7240+cacc2d7d.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - jsoncpp-1.9.1-1.fc31.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
