There should be a link to Prometheus UI on the page, now it's missing
OCP/Management Console

set up openshift environment with payload 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-03-11-214319
1.Login openshift console with kubeadmin cluster admin
2.Go to Monitoring--metrics

There is Prometheus UI on the metrics query page.
