Description of problem:
We need to add subscription of FDP to RHV documentation to consume OVS/OVN packages directly from FDP channel instead of shipping it in RHV channel.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to RHV 4.4 channels by documentation after GA
2. Enable OVN 
3. Install engine, check where OVN is coming from.

Actual results:
All packages should be installable, and engine-setup successful.
OVN packages coming from RHV channel.

Expected results:
All packages should be installable, and engine-setup successful.
OVN packages coming from FDP channel.

I believe that this has been addressed in bug 1832711. I am closing this as a duplicate. Please see the published 4.4 beta docs, such as:
