Description of problem:
In gnome-terminal.

Seeing /usr/share/doc/pango-1.11.5/HELLO.utf8 with mcview, cjk characters are
broken.

But Using mcedit, cjk characters doesn't broken.

Based on the date this bug was created, it appears to have been reported
against rawhide during the development of a Fedora release that is no
